1 /5 Kyle: Went in to pay off credit cards and close my account. I was told I need to speak with a banker to close my account. After 30 minutes or watching the bankers scroll on their phone in their offices I asked how much longer this was going to take, and I was told Id just have to wait. When I pushed back and asked why I was waiting when I could see people in their offices, not working, the cashier who told me I must wait for a banker account closed it within 5 minutes.
Why did I have to wait for a banker again?
The whole reason I stopped using Arbor is because when I was looking for a mortgage they had me wait around for 30 minutes just for the banker to run out the door without talking to us....how this bank keeps customers ill never know.
Its okay, super easy to take my business elsewhere.
