1 /5 Zero Defects II: We have been at Arbor for 25 years…. Each year I say I am switching banks hoping there service, communication, and rates will get better… no such luck!!! Im am finally switching!!! Stay away…. Far … far… away!!! Would have given zero star if it were an option!

1 /5 Kyle: Went in to pay off credit cards and close my account. I was told I need to speak with a banker to close my account. After 30 minutes or watching the bankers scroll on their phone in their offices I asked how much longer this was going to take, and I was told Id just have to wait. When I pushed back and asked why I was waiting when I could see people in their offices, not working, the cashier who told me I must wait for a banker account closed it within 5 minutes. Why did I have to wait for a banker again? The whole reason I stopped using Arbor is because when I was looking for a mortgage they had me wait around for 30 minutes just for the banker to run out the door without talking to us....how this bank keeps customers ill never know. Its okay, super easy to take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Hill Dave (GoFly-MediaPix): I had an auto draft payment hit my account which caused an overdraft, and added a $35 fee on top of that. With a payroll direct deposit also hitting on the same day one would think that the deposit would have canceled out the whole overdraft situation! Apparently Arbor Credit Union doesn’t think that way! Clearly not customer focused!!! Nothing but pure greed!
