Char Mathews: They reprocessed my vehicle after I slammed my head at work and developed seizues and have to take care of a son who has stage 5 kidney disease and lost my job. I get it I owed them money from being behind. But they hired a towing company who jammed through my brand new fence at 3am to get to the vehicle in my backyard, and took it off the hinges. Now their trying to say I owe more money from the difference from hem selling the vehcile after reprocession. It prob had damage from the tow truck driver dragging it down my driveway by the drag marks he left. They should sue the towing company for the difference if the vehicle had damage they stoled my purse, my sons medication and over $1000 that was in the vehicle on my private property. They broke into my backyard instead of knocking on the door to get the vehicle lesvibg skin marks down ny driveway in a attempt to hurry and leave before they were caught. I called CUO at the time and showed them all pictures and they completely blamed me for the tow truck driver breaking into my backyard and stealing me and my sons personal belongings including life saving nedication for diabetes and stage 5 kidney disease medication. Heartless bank who wouldnt work with someone with a serious condition to help them pay off their balance and then expects them to pay 16k for a vehicle that was probably damaged when it was taken in a rush after they broke into my yard. Curious who else they did this too.

Nickle 5: Been banking here for over 20 years. There are things that I like and don’t like. Wait times in the drive thru are horrible. I love the people inside and helping me with all my loans. But I’ve had a lot of issues with debit cards being shut off due to being used while I’m traveling out of town. The mobile app is update is great and being able to use Apple Pay is great.

Tiny Smith: If I could give a negative star I would. Last year I provided my tax documents on their app/website as requested. Normally I would go in person but this was not an option. I confirmed with staff that it was received and they would get to it right away. After not hearing anything I called multiple times, never was able to speak with him, only with front desk staff. Who assured me they would have it done by the deadline. And if not they could file an extension on my behalf. The deadline came and went all the while Im calling and being assured it will get done. It was a simple w2, but received excuse after excuse. First Ramadan, then he had surgery and then he got sick. I provided my documents well before Ramadan and it still was not done. This lasted for months. I eventually went elsewhere only to find out they never did file the extension. Would have had to pay higher interest and fees had it not been for my new accountant / tax service that fixed the situation. Do not go here! And if you do, beware!
