Michelle: Theyve recently completed a lobby renovation at this location--its nice, fresh, and modern. Ive been using mobile/online banking for a while and havent gone inside this PNC for some time--finally made a stop inside and the staff has changed. I ended up having to wait over 20 minutes to make a deposit of coin rolls when they had 3 tellers working. One guy was just standing around. Another girl walked out from the back and didnt help. The service isnt anything like I remember it from a couple years ago.

Tyler: June 3rd 2025. I will personally never use this bank. Fresh start account needed and they will not allow you to use more than 500$ a day. Any bills or payments you have to pay? They will not allow you to use more than that a day. They limit and not allow full access to your account. Very unprofessional and will not be using this make a wish credit union again.
