CBM Services - Midland Theresa Wright: Called me twice to collect a debt from an ER visit last year, I explained I dont answer spam calls while I was working. They sent over a settlement thing and because I didnt respond right away they blew my phone up again. Spoke with the lady at extension 245 and she was so rude. I told her I have other priorities and it has to wait. She said " oh well you could have told me that the first time we spoke " uhm no maam, that is not how you handle customer service. And then she proceeded to threaten me with an attorney. LOL yeah sorry not happening, that is not how you do business and handle customers that are going through a hard time.
