4 /5 Kibbie Evans: Use them every week, always helpful and very pleasant. Always have had any issue taken care of right on the spot. Never a hassle or I have never been disrespected. I would recommend this store and the workers before any other location.

1 /5 Zyra Taz: Was told in a snarky comment "congratulations on being transgender". The comment was made after verifying my identity and income and outing myself to get a loan which was denied because my boss didnt want to out me by putting my dead name on pays tubs. Very bigoted comment wasnt needed and it basically ruined my whole day. Dont go here.

1 /5 Stephanie Logan: My experience was negative. The manager and a young lady under her were not very helpful. I was told the incorrect document to bring in and had to return but they were closed. Although The manager unlocked the door to take a payment from another customer after 3pm. When I arrived 3 minutes before 3pm with the item they failed to tell me to bring.

5 /5 Joe Ellis: I went to the Cash Connection at 9 Mile and Van Dyke in Warren, as I had a paper check that I couldnt do anything with. Jill and Patrick were extremely helpful and although I had to wait 10 days to receive my cash, it was worth the wait. Definitely recommend!
