5 /5 Geraldine Wilson: On 6/2/23 I contacted CFCU’s main number and I spoke with your Customer Service Representative by the name of ‘Jose’. Jose was polite, helpful and took the time to address my questions and provide me with clear answers. It was a pleasure speaking with a representative who still understands the importance of “customer service”. Jose is a prime example of why members like me, love Chief Financial Credit Union! Thank you Jose for being so kind and such a pleasure to speak with.

1 /5 Joey Bleu: there are three predatory banks and one allegedly predatory credit union. predatory credit union that close an equity line with no notice. the same equity line that guarantees payment of my checks no $50 NSF charges. this corporation set me up . they cancelled a line of credit that was good until 2033 . that is what my paperwork said. when i signed up for this i was not told my minimum payment would be a high three figures. i was told it was an equity line but it wasnt interest only. they discontinued the product for good reason they dont know what they are doing it would seem. dont try and call them hitch up old Bessie get in your wagon and canter down to their prestigious office with the 20 s main address. cannot make a left turn from southbound Rochester rd. have to go down to dealership has a huge driveway apron make a you turn. hope not to get hit by oncoming traffic. keep up the bad work people dont answer your phone. they will probably de-bank me for my freedom of speech that what they do now to silence any dissent. they do not deserve a 4.8 rating not even close did they buy those reviews?

5 /5 Cheryl Stewart: My son and I financed two bikes through Chief Financial. They were efficient and easy to work with. Dina Viviano was always available for my questions over the last few years and she would respond quickly when I contacted her.

2 /5 Michael Coury: Despite being a credit union, I was prompted with a $3.50 charge to use my MSUFCU card here. Bummed me out. Went up the street to DFCU and had no ATM fee.

5 /5 Pedro Ellis: I have been a member of Chief Financial Credit Union for years. Im happy to say that my experience over the years have been great. The employees are Wonderful. Maria, Yvonne and Dena at the Rochester Hills Branch I really like them alot. They are so professional and they really care for the members. The Rochester Hills location is my favorite to visit.
