1 /5 Journee Rehnlund: Christian Financial has been nothing but disappointing. They refused to let me deposit a legitimate unemployment check, and when they finally did, they insisted on a 4-day hold. On top of that, they completely failed to support me when I was stuck in a bed bug infested hotel—I provided clear pictures of the bugs, and they still reversed the credits, claiming it wasnt enough proof. Are you kidding me?? The tellers at both branches showed zero concern or empathy. They clearly don’t care about their members real-life struggles. After this experience, I’m looking to switch credit unions ASAP. I would never recommend Christian Financial to anyone. Absolutely the worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. No love like Christian hate.

5 /5 Loretta Gamble: I have been interacting with Christian Financial Credit Union for a few years and must say their customer service is great. Crisi is one of my favorites. Her personality is bright and welcoming. She is relentless when it comes to solving problems. My first encounter with her was at the Novi branch. I hate that shes not still there. But she is a welcoming sight when I have to go to the Livonia branch. Thank you, Crisi, for your excellent service, treating me as a valuable customer.
