5 /5 C Drake: Tyler helped me and my husband open up our accounts. He was awesome very informative and left no stone unturned to all the available Perks to Being a member. Any continues to keep in contact to make sure everything is up to date and going well. Never had that with any other bank or Credit Union. Its nice to know that they actually care enough to send you an email to see how youre doing. Im so glad I joined this Credit Union I just wish I would have done it sooner.

1 /5 Jasen Cartwright: I made an appointment but had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. The woman who verified my information the day before had everything set, but then I dealt with a teller who obviously didnt receive the notes or any information about my appointment. I will not be doing business here. They wasted my entire Saturday and put my plans on hold. I am very dissatisfied.

5 /5 Michael Arcy: We opened a new CD at Community Choice CU with a very competitive rate. The credit union also offers a change machine, popcorn and free coffee at our local branch. They were also able to cash our EE Bonds. The representative did a great job of walking us through their mobile app.

5 /5 Judy Reid: Met with Danielle today. She is the manager at the 23 Mile Road location in Shelby Twsp., MI. I would leav more stars if available. She and her staff go above and beyond for their customers. I am so lucky to have had her help with a very involved problem. She took 2.5 hrs. with me in a 1 on 1 basis. Thank Danielle, you are the best.
