1 /5 Megan Clark: I walked into this branch to switch over an account that my aunt opened for my son. We were told to have a seat and someone would be with us shortly. We then saw multiple people come in and the woman at the “welcome desk” was able to help them and they were on their way. After asking how much longer it would be, we were asked to come to the “welcome desk” and restate what our business was. Miraculously, we were NOW able to be helped at the welcome desk. We then stood there, at the front door, where I was asked to give my personal information (including my full social security number) verbally in front of other customers waiting… this was at 1pm on a Monday, it wasn’t a busy Friday after people get paid or during limited weekend hours. Here’s hoping my identity doesn’t get stolen after leaving this branch.
