Karin Dziamski: My daughter has been going to 5Star for over 2 years now. When she first started I was driving her. Greg(the owner and coach) has always been conscientious and constructive. Still to this day, he makes sure she is dressed for the weather and knows when she is coming and going. When she wanted to join 5Star instead of Title or some place more commercial I was skeptical that it was a good idea. However, I have never been disappointed with the coaching she receives and the results she has had.

He always challenges me to continue improving skill, strength and endurance while making modifications if necessary. He is incredibly patient and knows exactly when to motivate me. I also love the other people I get to workout with and the energy they bring to help me push myself more than I would on my own. They make every workout fun and something I really look forward to! Coach Annette runs the Saturday morning classes and they are never boring! I’m pleasantly surprised at how I am able to push myself while having a great time and always leave feeling high on endorphins! Everyone at CrossFit Overthrow is so encouraging and supportive and there’s so much variety just show up, put in the work, and you won’t be disappointed!

zeinab charara: Had such a great session with Darine! She was amazing super sweet, professional, and really good at what she does. She made the whole session so comfortable and fun. My body felt so much better right after lighter and way more flexible. Definitely coming back and asking for her again!

Mauro Galus: Dom and DCoreFit are awesome. Was looking for a place to work out after moving back to MI that wasn’t just a normal gym where I had to go myself and plan all my workouts because I know that’s what keeps me from going. I’ve always preferred a more structured option and group setting and that’s just what I got! Also have been able to meet a bunch of great people along the way. Dom also knows his stuff and was great with adjustments I needed since I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery and would struggle with certain exercises. Would highly recommend!

The trainers are engaging and they know how to motivate the class. If youre looking for a full body and engaging workout and dont mind sweating, this is the place for you.

Kathryn Barton: I love it here! Ive been going to camps regularly since July. All of the trainers are so helpful and really give you 1 on 1 attention as needed. I also love that they have a childwatch program so I can bring my kids. As a bonus everyone in childwatch is great and my kids love to go.

RD Jamerson: We have loved every visit at Pryde Athletics! Our teen daughter has attended one-on-one strength training sessions, group training sessions and even physical therapy. The staff is friendly, helpful, acknowledges the patient and other people that come with them to the visit. They’re encouraging and consistent. It’s obvious that they care about everyone that walks through their door. Our daughter is stronger and healthier because of the folks at Pryde! We highly recommend them!

N. Hayes: I’ve been to almost all the LA’s in the area. This is most certainly one of the top 3 that I’ve been to. Wish it was closer to where I’m staying. I would frequent. They have all the machines and it’s well ventilated. Most of these LAs have been sweat boxes.

Steven Fales: My daughter started gymnastics at Jump-A-Rama this past December. All of the instructors have been great! They are knowledgeable, nice, and give the kids a lot of personal attention. My daughter has had a ton of fun and has been developing her skills at a good pace. It’s also been flexible, which has been helpful for us since we have four kids.
