RFM Financial Solutions LLC - Midland Elise Landa: We used rfm for our taxes the last two years and have been less than pleased. This past year they did not seem to understand the EV tax credit and ensured us that we qualified for it. When we did not get it they resubmitted the exact same documents, charged us several hundred dollars and then we still did not get the credit. When we questioned why we were being billed for this, they lied to us and said they "checked with the dealership" however our car did not come from a dealership... And still charged us extra money for this. We only paid the bill so we would be done with them and can find someone more qualified to do our taxes in the future.
