1 /5 David A: SCAMMER!! Paid to file taxes that were never filed. Now facing late penalty fees. Called Luis regarding this and he assured & guaranteed my taxes were filed MONTHS AGO! Just received an indefinite confirmation from the IRS that the taxes were never filed… Luis always leaves early or doesn’t pickup. Once finally getting a hold of Luis he hungup… Steer clear of this place you’re better off screwing it up yourself for free with TurboTax wish I had done this. BUT Luis never returned my tax documents so I’m unable to file my taxes and getting hit with more late fees until I finish hunting down an old employer and doing laps with my bank etc to re-obtain tax documents he held onto… Coming here was the worst decision I or anyone could make.
