4 /5 Jonathan Bruyn: Really nice Fidelity. Ample parking lot. Right near restaurants and other businesses. Nice staff. Hard to get into though. Be careful entering and exiting because its on a busy street.

5 /5 S. Aliyah: Never went inside the establishment, but employees? AMAZING!! I was outside & it’s cold and rainy. I locked my keys in my car after my appointment at Epic Smiles, which I live over an hour away from Troy. Curtis took it upon himself to help me with my keys being stuck in my car. He did everything he could, and even paid for roadside assistance for me. I’ll be making a trip over soon enough to repay him for being an angel, I truly didn’t have any help or my wallet. I had a Guardian angel help me today. Pay back with kindness, if you see anyone struggling, stop and help. I can’t wait to come back to this area to repay Curtis. I truly appreciate you man. He was very enthusiastic and friendly and answered all of the questions we had and more. Considering we just walked in without an appointment, this kind of customer service and warm welcome makes you want to come back. Thank you Will!

I went to that office in order to get info on business account options, but the scantily dressed girl seemed incompetent & instead of printing info on the account that seemed most suitable she printed a generic business account application. +++ The following is an update - it seems this problem was addressed based on my 2 last visits there was a person working in the front who acted & was dressed modestly & professionally, thank God.
