However, I was shocked to find out that they do not allow any metal objects into the branch. I understand there are safety concerns, but what exactly am I supposed to do if I have headphones, an iPad, or even a smartwatch with me?
There’s no security guard or designated place to store personal belongings, which makes the whole experience extremely inconvenient. I had to choose between leaving expensive electronics unattended or missing my appointment.
This lack of consideration for everyday customers who carry devices is unacceptable in 2025. For that reason, I’m closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.
