The smiling faces and courtesies extended are so welcoming, but most of all I can count on Financial Plus when circumstances get tight and I need some help and they have never let me down. Thank you all for excellent service. I will always be a loyal member.

5 /5 Thomas Lee: I was having an issues with my account having a alert that prevented me from applying for a loan. I had been told that only the operations department could delete the alert. Normally that wouldnt have been a huge issue except I was in dire need for the money. I felt as if the issue wasnt being taken as serious as I would have liked it to be taken. Then Margie Perez stepped in! Margie went above and beyond for me. She called several different departments until she got the help we needed! The alert was lifted only because of Margies persistence. I felt like she wanted to help because she did. We discussed her philosophy on helping people and its simple but evidently not easy. She treats everyone as if she wanted to be treated! I think anyone in customer service should have this outlook. You never know what someone is going through. God Bless you Margie!! Because of you only my faith is restored in Financial Plus!

In the past I have invested my money into different financial companies. After the initial investment I never heard from them again. Until of-course I transferred my money to Compass Financial. Only then after 30 plus years of investing they were calling me in an attempt to keep my investment. Since Ive gone with Compass Financial Ive heard from them at Christmas, received pies for Thanksgiving and received candy for retirement. Once youve invested with them They will most definitely invest in you! Most importantly Matt explains everything in such a way that you will understand what is happening with your investment! He is prompt to answer any questions you may have. One thing that I found very impressive is there was no pressure put on us to invest w him. We went to one of his seminars (delicious meal). He said right up front "my plan may or may not work for you" "let me see what you have and Ill let you know what I can do for you" final decision was ours...no pressure. Highly recommend!

barbara evanoff: Upon the death of my Dad, his accounts were distributed according to his wishes. When my account was set up, with NO ATM card. My then husband checked my mail, found a Debit Card, set it up, And withdrew $4,500!! The account manager called and asked about the withdrawals, and I reminded her, that theres no ATM card! She reviewed my original application and agreed. No ATM and was to have started an investigation. Nothing was done,its been 17 years. No investigation, but Ive been told during the first 3 years that Raymond and James Corporate was going to start it. Their fees are outrageous! Ive not spoken to an agent within the last couple of years...
