2 /5 Melody Paige: This location is hard to get in and out of but its the closest to my house so I always come here.
Ive been cashing my checks at Flagstar for a few months now with no issue, in and out in 5 minutes. Usually great service. Today I was told the bank does not do this through the drive through anymore if you do not have an account. Josephine Davis made me feel like it was my fault this bank hasnt been following protocol as she continued to repreat the same thing over and over. Treating me as a child and not an adult woman. This frustrated me but I was compliant with everything she was asking so Im not sure why I received such terrible customer service. It is not the customers fault if employees are not following the rules. I also feel like one should be kinder if this is the first time a customer is hearing of a policy change. I know Im not an important customer but Im paying $14 a month in fees to cash my check and itd be nice to be treated with politeness. Plenty of other banks to go to.
