Flagstar Bank - Canton Township (MI)

1 /5 Almira Rimando: It took more than an hour to open a new account, and was not even completely done during that amount of time. The mobile part was not set up, I was not able to access my account through my phone. I was told to call back to finish the process. The lady was very nice and apologetic about the whole thing but this was the longest time I had to spend in a bank my whole life.

5 /5 Joy Jones: I went into Flagstar after having a poor experience with my credit union. I was greeted and taken right away to sit with a banking representative. Great customer service and I was made to feel valued.

1 /5 Judith Mathews-Emry: This bank was taking money out of my husbands account with out his approval and knowledge. Avoid at all costs! When I wanted to be added on to the account and get a debit card attached to the account they managed to screw it up and I had to fight them tooth and nail. Really 3 times inhad to ask?! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
