3 /5 Mariah Hartzell: My broker was very busy and did not have much time to communicate with me. Didn’t have paperwork correct at closing and I had to go back/mortgage went up. None of this was owned up to or explained. I didnt get an apology for her not giving me how to make my first payment until I bothered her 7/1 when it was due…My loan had already been sold or is being handled by another party as of 8/1. Second time buying a house and this seems to be the industry norm, unfortunately.

Their "advice" cost me thousands of extra dollars to the IRS. It literally would have been better to set my money on fire than to spend it on NHCs "services".
