1 /5 Natalie Drake: Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, so bad that I am 1000% finding another credit union to refinance my car loan through immediately and closing all accounts and relations with Honor. This place has become a joke, the woman I spoke with just today, on 7/10 at 402pm should by no means be working at any job that deals with people. On top of the rudeness, I am also no longer able to conveniently access my money through any credit union near me (I was able to for the previous 2 years) and when called, was told I was not able to be offered a debit card, was not offered to open a checking account in order to receive a card and be able to access my money. I am not stuck with hundreds of dollars in an account I can not reach easily. I would have worked around this and continued business with honor, had it not been for the horrendous customer service I received from a lady at the Wyoming branch today over the phone. Better luck to honor with their future hires.
