3 /5 Asia M: Make sure you really like this gym. Come more than once before you sign up. Pausing your membership does not count in the months of your term- even though I was falsely told that I could cancel or renew in November, now it’s January. This gym is clean however, I have been to better red light therapies. Meta physica Wellness Center in Detroit has much better red light saunas.

The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, this gym has everything you need. Highly recommend joining!

The infrared workouts are a game-changer — I leave every session feeling stronger, more energized, and totally detoxed. The studio is always super clean, the staff is friendly and supportive. They are always so welcoming when I come In. Highly recommend giving it a try if youre looking for an efficient and unique way to work out! Also it’s amazing to workout in a sauna that’s all to yourself.

5 /5 Jennifer Smith: Really love coming here! All the staff is so nice and welcoming. The saunas are clean. The fx area has a lot to work with, considering the main point of hotworx is the saunas, but it has kettlebells, battle ropes, a large range of dumbbells, slam balls. Its a great place overall for those who like to leave the house for their workouts but also like the low key atmosphere and solo sessions. There is no gym intimidation here
