1 /5 Mary-Jannette Bishop: I had a really disappointing experience at the Huntington Bank branch today. I was helped (or rather, *not* helped) by a woman—possibly named Anyla—with black hair in a ponytail, glasses on her head, wearing a bank shirt, positioned two counters down from the bathroom. She was incredibly rude, unresponsive, and made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be.
I had to repeat myself several times just to get across what I needed, and there was zero acknowledgement or courtesy—even after I said "thank you" at the end, she just stared. No response, no basic professionalism. For a place that’s supposed to serve the public, this level of service was frustrating, dismissive, and honestly unacceptable.
