Scott Boyd: The app is not good to say the least, I have to use a “one time pin” everytime I log in! And yes I have checked my settings…and saved my device… I have zero problem with my bank or credit union…then you have to punch in the provided code and it says there is an error with the provided code enter the provided code two more times and it locks you out then you get to wait and call go through the phone prompts to get a reset and start the process over. If this company wasn’t tied to mine via PRD for my 401k I would have left many many years ago!
