Small group sizes so it’s an hour of basically having a personal trainer take you through a lift. Mondays push, Tuesday pull, Wednesday legs, etc…highly recommend checking it out!

Kaydee Froberg: This has been my favorite gym in Kalamazoo for 5+ years now. It’s an older gym, but I personally love the chill and welcoming atmosphere it brings. There’s so much space available, so it never feels crowded or like you’re on top of each other trying to use machines. I especially like having the women’s-only section when I want a little extra privacy. Cristi is amazing and so helpful, the rates are extremely reasonable, and it’s 24 hours so it’s been perfect for me.

Scott Adams: I’ve been a member for many years. Sad to say that I can no longer recommend the facility. It’s great if you like paying $125/month for a status brag. A lot of amenities, sure. Support staff are great. But when it comes down to how the facility treats and communicates with its members from the management level, it’s not worth it. Especially at the cost. Overall, go somewhere else at half the cost. You’ll be happier.

K B: Overall great gym. Friendly staff, good equipment, ample parking, not super busy like other locations. My only gripe is bathrooms arent cleaned thoroughly enough. Gunk can be left in showers and changing rooms on ledges / floor for what Ive observed up to 1 week. Smears on toilets left overnight. Im assuming associates may just mop occassionally or quickly and call it good.

The membership types are great, the ability to have 24/7 access and have a shower is something that is non-negotiable for people who need to go to work but also need to get the workout in the morning and have a shower. Jesse and his wife are great people, Ive only been here for a week or so, but the space is great, and Im looking forward to doing some of the classes soon. Thank you Gnarly Fit for being so awesome.
