Been in business for over 15 years & never met anyone who has ever received any kind of value form this institution. New business owners might like some their sites documents and concepts but SBA provides zero tangible resources for business. Not to mention the complete lack of human communication w/anyone whatsoever. Save your time and know SBA is a complete waste of tax resources.

Caleb Raterink: This company has given me nothing except problems. The statements they send me are indecipherable; as far as I can tell, the only increases in my portfolio are from my deposits. They invested my money into the money market instead of what they were instructed to do. And to top it off, they lied to me about a change in the law and made me change the custodian, netting themselves a nice closing fee after it came to light when I talked to a different financial advisor (who they proceeded to insult while Im trying to close my account). Its my mistake for giving them another chance after the money market fiasco I described above. I wouldnt recommend northwestern mutual to anybody after dealing with them.
