Easy to tell that the owners Mikey and Shannon have so much love and passion not only for the sport of CrossFit but for their members. Going to the gym is consistently a favorite part of my day because of CrossFit Teneo, even if it leaves me RED in the face sometimes. CrossFit may be scary at first but if it is something you’ve been thinking about trying this gym is an excellent place to start.

Brad Broeders: DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! They completely mislead my wife to believe she had 30 days to cancel for any reason. Orange theory already has multiple lawsuits against them for the exact same thing. We’re moving to help my wife’s sick mother and all they care about is getting their money. These people don’t care at all. My wife cancelled in the first thirty days and they try to say she had to workout 12 times in her first thirty days to cancel? WTH who works out 12 times in the first 30 days of just getting into workouts. This place is a joke. Guess we’ll be taking them to court.

K GG: Bianca is the sweetest person I have ever met and she is the best yoga teacher ever! I enjoy gentle yoga so much. Her energy and her personality make the class enjoyable. Bianca makes me feel as if I can do almost anything. She never makes me feel bad if I cant do a pose perfectly. She always makes me feel proud of what I can do and is very encouraging. Her music selection is inspiring and relaxing. I highly recommend taking a class.

Kourtney Lokotar: I took my daughter to their Open Play time for the little ones and will be going back asap! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions, the facility was clean and everything was well kept. My daughter had a blast exploring, climbing and dancing throughout the gym. I cant recommend this place enough.

Chloe Jansen: Wild Peace Yoga is an absolutely beautiful studio, and I love that it’s faith-based. The staff are all incredibly friendly and kind, creating such a welcoming environment. I’ve attended both the Yogalates and Slow Flow classes, and both have been incredible. The facility is very clean, and I’ve even purchased a few of their shirts as well. I’m also excited to attend the Puppy Yoga at the end of the month! This studio truly feels like a community. I love the Christian music played during classes, as well as the Bible verses and teachings that are incorporated. Wild Peace Yoga is a wonderful Christian community for both men and women, and I look forward to attending many more classes.

kelly bowles: I’ve been around the CrossFit community since 2010. I’ve been a member of multiple CrossFit locations in the area. I can 100% say that this is the best CrossFit I’ve been to! I can’t find anything bad to say about the place. It’s well run, the price is very reasonable, it’s clean, the equipment is in good shape, the coaches are great, the workouts are good, kids are welcome (they have a small play area), and best of all there is a great community of people and the camaraderie is outstanding! It’s the first place I’ve been to that has no drama! Everyone is there to get a good workout in, make some friends along the way, and better their health and fitness level. No matter what your level of fitness is CrossFit Freshwater is a welcoming place to everyone! CrossFit Freshwater is the best gym in Saint Clair Shores!
