UBS Financial Services: Bush John - Farmington Hills Grean Jelli Bean: I have tried to make contact with UBS at least four times. I stopped by this UBS location on the last-ditch chance that the previous attempts were flukes in unresponsiveness (used UBSs online contact form and tried several other different local offices, to no avail), gave the receptionist my contact info who said someone would reach out, and its been two full business days with zippo, nil, zero contact. Its shocking that UBS does not respond to prospects or inquiries; what type of business of this nature does this? Is this a case of prejudging individuals? If this is how they ignore existing customers trying to access their finances, those customers have my sympathies.
