Charles Schwab - Novi Vilay Patel: Since I do not know how to write customer review for Charles Schwab corporate, I am picking this location that is close to me. This review is not for this location. I was previously TD Ameritrade account holder. I was able to do automatic contribution to Vanguard funds. Since Charles Schwab bouth TD, they want to charge me transaction fee for any recurring investment to Vanguard Fund. I lost this feature after TD was bought out by CS. Just educating customers who may want to rollover to CS with existing Vanguard Funds. I advise stay away. CS also have good funds but my choice is Vanguard. I talked to CS customer service and they said that I can leave if I want to. Was taken back with such response.
