5 /5 Melissa Cooper: I had a wonderful experience opening up a new account in Muskegon. Demia was so cheerful! She was just amazing and answered all of my questions. I’ve been with the same Credit Union in Florida for 34 years so this was a big step for me. She made me feel it ease and very comfortable and I’m very excited and pleased to have a local account. Muskegon Federal credit Union seems like it’s going to be a perfect fit for me and my family… Again, I cannot say enough about how patient and kind and informative “Demia” was and she is an asset to MFCU!

1 /5 Twin Lake Storage: For 8 years I used to love my credit union great staff great service and used to truly feel like a member until I got sick and disabled from my various illnesses including covid. Since December of 2021 I have spent more time in the hospital then I have at home. Goodbye and thanks for wasting what valuable I have to myself.
