My physical therapist suggested Pilates as a venue to get back into an exercise program and I thought he was out of his mind. It was great and Julie was great. She is very knowledgeable and with Pilates being totally outside the box for me she was also very patient. I moved out of the area and missing it to the point I am now researching a Pilates program locally. Youll love the experience including Julie and her leadership.

5 /5 Tamara Elliott: Pilates is exercise for life and Julie is a great teacher for Pilates. Julie provides classes that challenge you while moving at your own pace. When I would accomplish a particular movement Julie would challenge me by adding on something new, in this way the classes are never the same and I was always getting stronger. Her classes are fun, challenging, exciting and are taught in a bright studio. If youre looking for a Pilates class that you can do for the rest of your life I recommend Julie at Pilates Barre.

He met with me initially for a diagnosis, then recommended exercises for me to complete over a series of a few weeks. Followed up with another assessment and my sciatic issues are gone & posture greatly improved. He is trustworthy and takes the time to truly understand your struggle while working toward long lasting health.

Hector I: I recently visited this Planet Fitness while visiting the area and was called out for the cutoff I was wearing. There were women wearing sports bras with there midriff exposed but a guy can’t wear a cutoff. I don’t bother anyone, I go to workout. Management should really focus more of their time maintaining the equipment rather than bothering a member with what they’re wearing. Don’t advertise a judgement free zone when that’s exactly what you do. These policies are hypocritical and one can even argue, discriminatory. The dumbbells only go up to 60lbs at this franchised location.

Hunter Moore: My experience here has been great! Workout equipment is great(up to date to me), always wipe it down! Up stairs indoor track, cardio machines, free weights turf area. THEY HAVE A JACOBS LADDER! Top notch. I want to say you name it, they have it. I don’t spend time in the basketball courts, but they have great space. Awesome sauna & steam room. But the seller to me is the kids care mon-fri 4-8. I had one issue where they changed the age & it was miscommunicated, I had thought to cancel my membership but one of the staff members immediately, under 24 hours had called me with sincere apologetic standpoint for the miscommunication & cleared everything up. Leading me to continue with my membership. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Their trunk or treat was great with immense heart behind the event for the kids. This is what I love about our community. Thank you hype.

Vale Williams: DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! I pulled up to watch my son at basketball practice I parked in a spot in front of the building. I looked to my left and see a man pointing at me with his window up roll down my window to try to hear what he saying he pulls off he turns around I still have my window down. He rides right past me and pulls up in the front of the commune center and parks so I thought he was just pointing at something on the ground. I locked my car up. I walk right past him up to the door. Im waiting to get in he yells at me and tell me to move my car. Im parked in a reserved spot. Its a spot behind me. Its a car behind that and another spot open behind that ground with salt and Snow so I cant see anything that says reserve on the ground I told him you couldve just told me that when you were next to me or when I walked past you, you let me walk all the way up to the door and then said something He had this arrogant look on his face like he was disgusted with me And I was beneath him after I said that he said what do you want to do about it? Do you want to go in here and fight? I just told him to stop talking to me then he proceeds to try to fight me. Mind you he didnt say anything to the white lady who was in her car just me and my big black truck if you catch what Im saying I signed my son up for this last week. He will not be going here at all.
