1 /5 Jessica M. Hayes: If you "Need to sit down with a banker?" like their sign out front says DO NOT trust their claim that "Our virtual line was made for you." After scanning the QR code and indicating what we needed assistance with, I received a reply back that "Great! You’re next in line, and we’ll be with you soon." After 30 minutes we asked the receptionist how much longer the wait was and were told that they didnt know because no one was available at the moment and some people who walked in after us would be seen first. Apparently this is because the virtual line is separate from appointments made in some other manner set for a specific time and that the virtual line just means you will be squeezed in *if* someone cancels or a banker ends up with time between other appointments. Nothing indicated this is how it worked on the sign or during the process or joining the virtual line NOR did the receptionist who we had spoken to before joining the line say anything about this being the case- despite us telling her that we had just successfully made an appointment (after being advised that the service we walked in for was by appointment only) and that we excited since it said we were next in line.
