Despite a language barrier that could have been challenging, Ryans patience, kindness, and genuine care shone through in every session. He consistently found creative ways to communicate and demonstrate exercises, never showing frustration and always maintaining an encouraging attitude. What impressed me most was Ryans thoughtful approach to my mothers specific needs. He carefully considered her knee issues when designing workouts and constantly adjusted exercises to ensure they were both effective and safe. His expertise really showed in how he helped my mother achieve something we didn’t expect - significant improvements in her upper body strength, an area that had always been a challenge. My mother still speaks fondly of her time training with Ryan. The exercises he taught her were so practical and easy to follow that she continues incorporating them into her daily routine. This speaks volumes about both the quality of his instruction and his ability to empower his clients with lasting knowledge. Ryan didnt just provide training sessions - he gave my mother confidence, strength, and tools she still uses today. Any trainer can count reps, but few have Ryans combination of technical skill, cultural sensitivity, and genuine investment in their clients success. I would highly recommend training under Ryan’s guidance at Fitness Together.

Lindsey Glasson: Fairchild Fitness is like no other gym! It has a smaller more selective clientele of people that are truly looking to improve their physical and overall wellbeing. They offer a variety of classes amongst a small group so each person receives support and individual care to make sure the posture, form, breathe and all elements of the workout are being targeted. I have been loving my personal training sessions with Natalie and Aaron. I was nervous going back to the gym after having 2 babies in the last two years! Natalie is very knowledgeable on prenatal and postnatal workouts and has been a dream for me to work with as a new mom! Each trainer has a different area of specialty and energy they bring to the gym community. Really, Fairchild Fitness is a place to work hard, create healthy habits, be supported by friends that will hold you accountable and be apart of an amazing gym family!
