1 /5 Miriam Macioszczyk: Today I witnessed staff be rude to children and the DMC Physical Therapy Patients. I saw a lady let 3 young teens pay to enter with cash and didn’t give a receipt. Then to tell them their parents didn’t sign a waiver. When the children asked how’d they pay, they all said cash which I witnessed. Then the lady proceeds to say well we don’t have a record or anything to prove it. Then a Physical Therapy patient whom I overheard tell them she has a driver and someone who’s with her all the time and she’s been coming here for thereapy over the past 3 year, told her well anytime anyone passes this desk it’s $15. She asked for a manager and the guy pointed to another guy. So she said who is everyone’s boss? I need to speak to the one over everyone here and all the staff just turned their backs like this lady wasn’t even there. I mean seriously. All were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope DMC pull their contract out of this building because I’ve heard and witness the same action already 2 times this week. They all have smart mouths and need some common customer service training ASAP. IF THEY DON’T LIKE A JOB DEALING WITH PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD EXIT LEFT. I AM TAGGING THE NEWS AND LOCAL PAPER.
