5 /5 Janis Tallarigo: Ive done a couple of the different classes here and I highly recommend this place if you like boxing workouts, or if youve never tried one it is a great place for a beginner to start. Kens classes are in the evening, hes a great instructor with a lot of experience and you will learn a lot and get a great workout. Im currently doing Kristys class on Saturdays. She combines boxing drills with mobility and strength drills that are different every time but always fun, if you like getting your butt kicked! But again, if youre a beginner she will teach you everything you need to know. Great music, great location, its clean and well maintained. Give them a try, you will not be sorry!
