I have been going for 19 months and I can honestly say that every trainer has been a positive experience with new routines and a joy to be around. The smiles and legit happy vibes from the ambassadors as you walk in really sets the tone. I even bring my son to the kids camps and he receives both the same positive, impactful and trustworthy experience. It all starts with leadership and Dustin and Jess are just great people.

I needed professional involvement from a qualified trainer and Aaron has certainly met those expectations. I have been successfully working with Aaron for over 2 years - thanks to his expert guidance and personalized training approach he has enabled me to significantly improve my overall body functionality, strength, flexibility and physical appearance. Exercises are tailored to one’s individual needs and limitations to achieve specific goals – I take these exercises into the gym and maintain a regular schedule with Aaron to repeat and adjust. Without hesitation I can recommend Aaron as a foundation to improve one’s overall physical health-regardless of age, condition or objectives I’m confident his expertise will have a positive impact on ones life.

    Lou: Usually enjoy my workout here but the air conditioning in the wellness room for workouts and using different machines has been out for a very long time now. During the hottest part of the summer is not healthy at all. Just be aware it is really too hot to enjoy any workouts.
