The trainers go above and beyond to ensure all students are well informed, comfortable and given the technical assistance necessary for a successful and meaningful workout. Throughout each week there are many formats of classes to select from including; strength training, Tabata, conditioning, yoga and more. There truly is something for everyone and the smaller class sizes create a very focused environment for all who attend. Each trainer brings their own unique spin to each class format, creating varied workouts, that you will never get bored with.
