The facility is state-of-the-art, impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is warm and motivating. With a great sense of community and flexible class times, it’s easy to fit into a busy schedule. If youre serious about your fitness journey, this place is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

Molly Killingsworth: I visited while in town from Alabama. I joined the cardio tennis class and had individual lessons as well. I had a blast!! The facility is super clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the group I played tennis with was wonderful. I’ll definitely be returning!

Anna Bug: Tori is a great trainer. She clearly loves what she does and she’s so friendly and adaptable. I went to my first ever fitness class with her and she made me feel so comfortable that I’ve continued to come back each week. I appreciate that she makes workouts accessible for all strength levels.

IRON ATHLETICS - Clio

Seth Ricketts: GREAT GYM! I live right by the gym, so I am able to walk. Located in the old plaza on the old side of town. Great equipment, cardio, weights, ropes, etc. There is a wood floor room with mirrors all around for dance, or to take weights in there and work out alone. Staff are super helpful. About 34 bucks a month for a membership if it is automatically taken out of your account, or 39 a month I believe if not taken out. Way cheaper then snap fitness down the road. I hope these guys are around for a long time, I will be a long time customer. I really enjoy the atmostphere, it isnt judgemental and you are allowed to grunt while working out unlike planet fitness. Truly love this place!

RadiantRecoveryRoom - Flint

Mallory Ruffner: Stephanie at Radiant Recovery Room was super helpful with teaching me how red light therapy works. I wanted to target my inflammation and she made it happen! She was very professional, but with a personal touch! Super sweet lady who has a passion for helping others feel and look their best!!! Her room was extremely posh, clean, spa-like and had the perfect ambiance for relaxing! Definitely check out Radiant Recovery Room if you want to give your body a cellular level boost; it wont disappoint!!!

The teachers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and bring so much positive energy to every class. The workouts are always challenging and constantly evolving, which keeps things engaging and effective. But what really sets pbgb apart is the supportive, welcoming community—it’s so much more than just a workout place. It’s a space that lifts you up, both physically and mentally. Tyler Ferguson: I have been a member here for over 2 years paying for 3 monthly memberships. On multiple occasions my wife and I have brought our son with us when we work out. It was never an issue, staff was polite and accommodating. This evening I brought my son with me just as I had done the night before! Tonight was different, when a newer front counter worker approached me saying she was on the phone with her manager and we needed to leave. Long story short I was told to leave and my membership was canceled without out any prior incidents or warning. Requesting a call from the owner. Reply back- If you are going to call me a lair please provide proof and confirmation that there was ever a conversation, phone call, or email correspondence. Update On the evening of September 6th 2024 24 hrs after review was written, The manager Aimee had the Genesee County sheriffs Department sent to my house. Google reviews, especially the one I have left! Are legal! Filing a false police report, not so much. Recommendation if you’re gonna join a gym this is not the one.
