1 /5 Alex Senko: You’ll never get a hold of a customer service rep, it’s all automated. There’s not even an option for you to request to speak to a real person. They don’t send out any of those payment booklets that every other financial institution does. God forbid you need to skip a payment, you’ll never reach anyone to get the approval on that. Accidentally paid twice for one month and need the money back? Sorry, you’re just gonna have to deal with it bc you can’t reach anyone. Worst loan company ever, I wanted to rate 0 stars, but obvi that’s not possible. Based off the other reviews, they don’t care to remedy any of these issues either.
