MotorCity Casino Hotel - Detroit (MI)

2 /5 Cleveland Jones: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Motor City Casino. The staff at the desk was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The food court was great with several choices. The Casino provided a shuttle bus to the event we were in town for. I would have given five (5) stars but retrieving our vehicle from the valet at check out was disappointing and left a negative mark on the entire weekend. Our vehicle battery was not only dead but the valet informed us that our vehicle was left at that spot the entire weekend. The windows were down on the vehicle and the contents of the center console were scattered on the seats. It was disappointing to not only find our vehicle in this condition but to learn that the the Casino did not attempt to contact us. No one from the Casino has reached out to us to address the situation. See review

4 /5 Angel Girdham: The staff was very friendly, I did feel very safe and secure due to the security guards posted around. The food is amazing. Conference rooms were nice and clean. The gift shop has a little bit of everything. Views we wonderful. I was unhappy with my room, but I did not take it up with anyone to resolve the issue, so I feel like that was one me for not speaking out. I would have like to see a map of the layout to find my way lol just because the place is huge!!

5 /5 Bernadette Crawford: Very friendly desk staff, rooms were nice! We came to Detroit for the Chris Brown concert and was informed there was a free shuttle service to and from the concert, that was a pleasant surprise and very helpful. We would definitely stay again. I also won a little money so that was awesome also!

From the start, he made us feel welcome and well-cared for. Not only did he help us with a spa reservation, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was arranged perfectly. What really stood out, though, was his attentiveness and the personal touch he brought to the experience. We had some wonderful conversations about family, life, and everything in between. It was refreshing to connect with someone so personable and genuine, making our stay feel even more special. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about making your experience exceptional, Andrew is the host to ask for!
