Ajishin - Novi (MI)

5 /5 Jaeil Ahn: I used to come here in 2010s. Today I came back here with my son to show my regular sushi place. Ajishin still offers top notch udons and sushi at cheap prices. I felt that Udon was a bit saltier than before. Its unfortunate that we were not able to eat inside any more but worthy of 30 minutes drive from Ann Arbor.

5 /5 Cindy: Probably the best sushi in Midwest. Got them twice within 48 hrs. It’s a super popular take-out place so you’ll probably need to wait for 30min-1hr during busy time, but the food is so worth it. We especially loved their 8pc sushi set. Their “California rolls” are actually Kani Salad rolls (カニサラダ) and we were soooooooooo happy because it was super delicious. We ended up ordering 4 more servings of it. The fish they use is thick and super fresh. My personal favorites were Salmon, Salmon roe and California rolls. 10/10
