1 /5 Emma Leask: We had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor service and lack of organization.
Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and we were seated at the table by 8:45 PM. Despite that, nothing progressed in a reasonable timeframe. Our order was sent to the kitchen until 8:57 PM, which was later confirmed by a staff member, which meant we waited an hour for a chef to come to our table.
The chef did not arrive at our table until 9:40 PM, and then left again at 9:47 PM because the cart was not prepared. This showed a clear lack of coordination and wasted even more of our time after already waiting over an hour.
To make matters worse, they were also out of Bud Light and Corona, which was never communicated ahead of time.
Between the delayed seating, late order submission, chef delays, and missing menu items, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. For a reservation-based dining experience, that was $200- this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made in timing, communication, and overall management.
The hostess at the front was brushing her hair while talking to customers- this is pretty disgusting considering this a food service place. There was a group of 5 female workers standing at the front talking badly about a CUSTOMER that was wearing short shorts. I understand her body was out, but it a professional setting you should NEVER speak about a customer this way- while you are working, this is absolutely nasty. This incident occurred 8:32 if the cameras would like to be reviewed: I feel so bad for this customer. This was on Wednesday December 30th, 2025.
