We checked out the new location this weekend, and it’s looking great so far—they even mentioned plans for live entertainment and a full bar, which will be exciting to see. Some reviews say the meat is plain, but that’s missing the point: it’s cooked so tender it practically melts in your mouth, and the three barbecue sauces take it to the next level. The fries are incredible, and the pulled pork and burgers have been excellent every time we’ve ordered them.
If I had one critique, it’s that the menu doesn’t always list everything they offer. That’s actually how we discovered their warm, cakey cornbread—we overheard someone order it once, and now it’s a must-have for us every visit. It feels like a hidden gem, but it’s way too good to keep secret!
