3 /5 Daniel R: Seen some viral post circulating about their pizza and a few other items. So I thought I would give it a try. Went here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon around 1pm. Walked in was greeted promptly by staff and my order was taken. I ordered an individual pizza and mozzarella sticks. Came up to 37.03 which is a bit on the steep side. Mozzarella sticks came 10 to an order (a bit on the skinny side) which I first thought wow that’s awesome! But in reality it was probably 5 regular size cheese sticks cut in half to make 10. Which is okay but the smaller the food the more likely case your food will get colder quicker. The sticks were lightly breaded even with a hint of Parmesan and garlic made a very balanced bite of flavor. Ranch was well ranch but felt like it could have a bit more seasoning added cause it was light on flavor. Marinara was good tasted fresh with definite hints of onion, oregano and basil. The pizza which I had high hopes for fell a touch short of what I would say a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut used to be. At a cost of almost 20 bucks with cheese , bacon and cuppy pepperoni it was satisfactory at best, I hoped to be a bit more. Now 20 bucks for that size pizza could have been a large at some carryout pizza joints around town. The dough was dense and sponge like. Very little crunch from the bottom as I think they over oiled the pans because it was very soft. The crunch of it was on the back wall if you will, which was pleasing to taste and flavors of the pizza were very balanced and not overpowering in any way. (See bottom picture of grease in box). Service and atmosphere great 5 stars. Food 3 stars price 2 stars. Which probably puts over all about a 3.3 in my over all experience. I won’t be rushing back any time soon but I think I will be giving the another opportunity to earn my patronage as a loyal guest, but I’ll definitely try something else!
