1 /5 Jonathan Keller: I have been professional sushi chef for over 7 years...serving a customer raw shrimp, not once but twice in a row after returning a sushi roll with raw shrimp in it to the kitchen is a testament to how uneducated the chef is in food safety, or recognizing when shrimp is properly cooked. Serving raw shrimp to someone like me with hemochromatosis can kill me. The waitstaff was excellent and their service is always great, but for the chef serving raw shrimp twice in a row is extremely concerning, and someone who is that clueless should be replaced. DO NOT ORDER SUSHI HERE, ITS NOT SAFE TO EAT! Attached is their grey raw shrimp that is translucent, another photo of what cooked shrimp looks like, and how customers can suffer from being served raw shrimp. Twice in a row...there is no excuse, and shows a complete lack of knowledge of food safety.
