1 /5 jb penny: The manager Matthew knows I have been going there for a year now and he refused to remake my food all of a sudden because he said I complain too much. I’m allergic to pickles. They know that so I receive pickles on my food sometimes sometimes my food be old or they give me the wrong food Wrong spice level also today I was supposed to go get my food. It was remade. He told me I couldn’t get it because I complain too much. This is his third time telling me this. I was kind of shocked because why do he feel like that and he’s the only one that feels like that if I talk to a Another manager, his name is Darvon He said come back you can get your order remade. I said OK then you have Matthew telling me I can’t and never can like. Who are you? I don’t know you. You don’t know me. You just work here and if I say, my food was received old. And wrong spice, I automatically with no backtalk should have my order remade. He act like my order came out of his check general manager Jason refuse all of a sudden. like this is wrong they are the only location that’s close to by me. I don’t deserve this. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now I am taking a legal action because I know I’m gonna have problems when I order here again and it’s not fair because it’s only two people that refuse to make my order no one else The mac & cheese be watery the tenders be small for the sandwiches and they told me it’s not supposed to be that Small, why is Matthew refusing to make my order then why is it a problem with just him?
