Just about every dish is cooked to absolute perfection, consistently delivering the quality and attention to detail you expect from a top-tier seafood and steakhouse. The service truly sets this location apart. The wait staff is exceptional: professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. A special shout-out to Angelina, who took care of us on Christmas Eve. She made an already special evening even better—knowledgeable, gracious, and spot-on with every recommendation and timing. From the food to the atmosphere to the service, Eddie V’s never disappoints. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of consistency visit after visit. Highly recommended and well deserving of its reputation.

3 /5 Antoinette James: Celebrating 20 years of marriage on Christmas Eve. We loved the table setting as we were seated in the banquet area by the window, realizing a wintery draft that chilled the air. Anthony, our waiter was pleasant, yet distracted getting some of the order wrong, most likely due to number of tables serving. The appetizers and our meal presentation was good; we ordered lobster tacos, crab cake, scallops, white fish, lobster bisque, wedge salad but was given a regular greek salad. The w a little undercooked. We give it a 3.

5 /5 Russell: Wonderful food. Great taste and presentation. Went for a birthday celebration for my wife; was surprised by a card and decorations on the table. I gave a 4 star for service because it felt very slow. Attentive, yet slow. If you are in a hurry, not the place to go. With that being said, I would still go back with appropriate planning for time. I highly recommend Eddie Vs. We really liked this restaurant. We will be back!

5 /5 Chad Chilton: Wow—this was my very first time at Eddie V’s in Troy, and I have to say, I was blown away. I came here with two of my buddies, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible. The vibe, the lighting, the energy—everything felt upscale yet welcoming. The customer service was absolutely top‑notch. I’m really kicking myself for not remembering our server’s name, because he truly deserves recognition. His recommendations were spot‑on, and he made the whole experience even better. We started with the crab cakes—oh my God, unbelievably delicious. Then we tried the ahi tuna over rice, and that was just as amazing. For sides, I had the au gratin potatoes and the asparagus, and both were cooked perfectly. Every single thing we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. I honestly can’t express enough how fantastic our experience was. Eddie V’s exceeded every expectation, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional food, service, and atmosphere.

Not only for Thanksgiving, but for other special Occasions for our family members and friends, we highly recommend The food is always delicious.
