5 /5 Jake Lemons: Okay, so everybody seeing this review who sees this place only has 3.8 stars:
The reason seems to mostly be because of the service. And I think if they got more customers, theyd have more staff. The first time we ate here, the service was so slow that we didnt really wanna come back. And it was very dead inside.
But the food was definitely good, which has been the general consensus among the reviews.
This time, I ordered it to go, and the food is great, came out hot, and the woman speaking to me was very nice. She is from Honduras, and I could see her tossing the dough for the baleadas from scratch.
So, give this place a try, if youre not in a rush, and give them a break for the slower service, since the dishes are made to order. I want to see this place get some more business, so we can keep an authentic Honduran restaurant afloat in Downriver!
P.s. I dont know if anybody here speaks Spanish, so you may have to try to use a text to speech or something if you only speak English.
