Pancake Factory - Shelby Township (MI)

4 /5 Lauren: Food’s incredible, service is great and I have no notes there. The menus? Absolutely vile. Sticky like they’ve lived through a pandemic and a toddler playing paint with syrup. I wanted to boil my hands after ordering. Dramatic but there shouldn’t be syrup sticking the pages together!!

5 /5 Ang G: This is very similar to the Pancake House menu. They serve baked omelettes, the mushroom sherry sauce, and the German pancake thingy. They also have a small lunch menu, regular omelettes and specials. There was a short wait on a Sunday after 12. Service was good and it was packed and pretty loud. Id go back again; their food is really good.

4 /5 David Esch: I went here based on the biscuits and gravy picture I saw. Got here and they dont look like that. I then saw the picture was 6 years old so they must have changed the recipe. Too bad too because Ive been looking for a biscuit and gravy place close to home that is like the stuff in the picture. I also had the Factory French Toast and it was very good. Service was excellent!!
