5 /5 Ariana: My first experience at Prime + Proper was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hostess was wonderful, the waitstaff was attentive and kind, and the overall energy and ambiance were elevated yet inviting. The food was outstanding beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What truly stood out was the customer service. I felt seen, appreciated, and fully catered to throughout the evening. This was more than just a meal it was a beautiful experience. A true 10 out of 10. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will definitely be coming back!

We dined in the dining room and the whole experience felt polished from start to finish—great energy, upscale vibe, and a team that runs service with precision. The food is the star. The steaks came out with a beautiful crust and a perfect medium-rare center, packed with flavor (the bone-in cut was especially memorable). The roasted bone + herb relish starter with grilled bread and citrus was bold, decadent, and ideal for sharing. Sides were excellent too—the creamy baked mac & cheese is pure comfort, the crispy potatoes were addictive, and the Brussels sprouts dish was bright and well-balanced. If you’re looking for a top-tier Detroit steakhouse for a date night or celebration, this is it. Expensive, but the quality and execution make it worth it.

5 /5 Marwan Younis: I highly recommend Prime + Proper! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and both the cocktails and appetizers were excellent. We ordered the porterhouse steak and the fried chicken. Each dish was absolutely delicious. A big shout‑out to our server, Ryan, and the other gentleman who took great care of us. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

5 /5 Heidtman Laurie: Fantastic experience! Bravo! Deliciously decadent and full of flavor. Appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert. Pictured are the Proper hash brown, Potatoe Pave, Colossal prawns, Brussels sprouts and Lamb chops. Filet, cowboy ribeye and 6oz wagu were also part of our menu but I was unable to get pictures. 5 star!
