2 /5 Angie Siren (Angie): We were excited to try something new today but we’re met with a small amount of disappointment. The positives: it’s very elegant and chic on the inside. Decorated in cool grays, whites, crystal light fixtures and pink roses. The servers added to the atmosphere by all wearing crisp white shirts and matching black aprons. On to the negatives; though it was beautifully decorated, the high ceilings made for an extremely loud environment. This made it difficult to have a conversation. The service was lacking as soon as the server heard we only wanted water. Her demeanor immediately changed. We ordered simple wrap sandwiches, the Greek chicken without the beets, substituting the chips with sweet potato fries and a the RBH without tomatoes, substituting the chips for regular fries and a side of ranch. When our food arrived, within a respectable amount of time, it was exactly the opposite of what we ordered. Our requests to omit beets and tomatoes were ignored as was the order for sweet potato fries. When the server came back with the fries, she asked if I would like ketchup and I responded no thank you but a side of ranch please. She came back with ketchup. The sandwiches were corrected and the Greek chicken wrap was good and the RBH was mid. The sandwiches were priced at $15 each but instead of an up charge for the substitutions, we were charged for them as side dishes and the ranch cups, very small I might add, were a dollar each. Though we would’ve ordered these regardless, the server should’ve informed us. Overall, this is not an establishment worthy of a return visit.
