4 /5 Ashley Condon: So Thai is a peaceful spot with beautiful decor and consistently delicious food. The beef noodle soup and barbecue pork noodles are full of flavor, and the crab Rangoon, dumplings, and fried rice are always enjoyable. The pork can be a bit dry, but everything else I’ve tried has been great.
The restaurant is usually quiet, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. However, service can feel a bit distant. There’s rarely a greeting when you walk in, and I’ve waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. That said, once you’re seated, ordering is smooth and food comes out quickly.
Despite the service being hit or miss, the quality of the food keeps me coming back. I’d recommend So Thai to anyone looking for flavorful Thai food in a calm, cozy setting.
